Case Study:
Harassment compliance and other HR topics were the root of this training module which converted from a live classroom training. The client noted that the classroom training was a full day training and in some cases seemed to be a lot for the trainee to take in. They were in the process of developing other online learning programs and wanted to develop a simple but engaging alternative for the live training. We were initially presented with a WebEx recording. We determined that a scenario based approach would work best for this challenge. For each topic that was addressed in the training, we incorporated three example scenarios that allowed the learner to make a quick choice, then check in on company policies and then receive some official feedback from the HR expert. This module utilized Articulate Studio ’09.
