Great E-Learning Tools – Part 1

Print Friendly

The year 2011 is drawing to a close but it seems that things are just beginning to heat up. This year has already seen the release of some really neat new elearning tools such as Snap and Snap Empower and we are anticipating the release of Storyline and an Articulate Studio upgrade. Of course, there was also the Captivate 5.5 refresh.  We want to share some thoughts on these tools.  But as a pre-cursor to our mini reviews, here are some articles that other people have written about tools important to over the past year or two.

Here are ten of the most common e-learning tools that we’ve come across in some of the articles that we’ve read.

Captivate
Google Docs
Adobe Acrobat Connect
Camtasia
Audacity
WordPress
Google Reader
Moodle
Articulate
Microsoft Office
