Thanks for covering the app! Really appreciate the support. Just a couple clarifications:
- Logging in with LinkedIn is optional and is only displayed when accessing the Passenger Lithe feature during a presentation.
- Dropbox is only one of the ways to transfer files. Pilots can also email them and use iTunes File Sharing.

There's more of an informational overview on www.ideaflight.com/how-it-works/ and we have cool stuff on the horizon so stay tuned.

Thanks Jeff. I definitely agree that Flash is a more powerful and flexible tool than any of the rapid development tools. But they each have a purpose. Many companies do not have flash developers on site nor can they easily find them, at least decent ones. So, some prefer to be able to hand the development off to a company like ours and then perform maintenance themselves over the course of time. On another note, this top ten list by no means indicates the importance of tools. W have just found ourselves to be using certain things with more frequency than others and some are simply new tools to us that have gotten our attention for the time being. The list would not be the same now as it was when the article was written. I definitely agree with you on some points but I suppose there are varying reasons for all of the software choices as well as the list choices. What are some other tools that you feel might be important in your own toolkit that we might not have mentioned?

As an instructional developer this bothers me to no end. Seems odd to me to have two Flash GUI applications (including your number one) in the top 10 and not include Flash itself. Articulate and Captivate ultimitely run into some serious limitations. As you keep repeating the same types of displays you end up with cookie cutter, recycled, boring interactions. Of the developers that I know, most agree with me in that one can build things just as quickly in Flash compared to Captivate or Articulate. As far as cost is concerned, basicly your spending three times the money for half the bang for your buck.
