I sometimes ask the question that is mentioned in the title when I look at some of the training that some employees are forced to sit through. Now, I realize, it is VERY easy to criticize. It can be difficult to think of new methods, new approaches and inventive tech when we are bombarded with so much. It really takes work to remain fresh. Speaking of new tech, I recently joined Google+ and found a lot of new friends, a lot of new information and just a lot of NEW. Here’s a video that was shared that speaks to the idea of creativity:
